Foraying into the retail industry, Cadan Retail and Fashion Lifestyle Pvt Ltd launched its fashion chain Cadan Lifestyle, at a function at Taj Vivanta, Miramar. The brand is the brain child of Goan entrepreneurs, Daniel Almeida and Casmira Fernandes.

It offers exclusive range of Indo-Western fashion wear and wide range of apparels for all sections of the society, said the entrepreneurs.

Cadan Retail and Fashion Lifestyle is the retail arm of Cadan Constructions and Real Estate which has several residential projects in the state. The group made its foray into retail a year back and currently owns three stores in Panaji, Margao and a vast 6,500 sq ft store at Dabolim. “All stores offer global and Indian brands as well as in- house labels,??? said Almeida and Fernandes.

They added that, future plans are to open stores outside Goa in metros like Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune as well as smaller cities like Belgaum, Hubli, Manipal, etc. “Our brand Cadan Lifestyle is also looking for franchisees,??? said the two entrepreneurs.

It is our constant endeavour to provide fashionable styles at amazing prices,??? said Almeida, director, Cadan Retail and Fashion Lifestyle. He said that, the brand focus is on quality and value for money. “Being a Goan, I am keen to build and promote my business here and then launch it on a global platform thereby creating an indelible mark,??? he said.

The brands sold at Cadan Lifestyle are hi-fashion with comfort at its core. The collection is carefully handpicked by the team keeping in mind the climatic conditions of this tropical state. Further in view of the tourist footfalls in the state, the collections also include casual and dressy apparel.
