ONDC will help small retailers digitise their businesses: RAI Mumbai, April 30 (KNN) Emerging factors such as Metaverse, 5G, Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) will enable several small retailers to get on digital commerce, said Kumar Rajagopalan, CEO, Retailers Association of India (RAI).

Speaking at RAI’s Retail Leadership Summit (RLS) 2022, Rajagopalan said that the pandemic has created new thoughts around hybrid work cultures which has resulted in new shopping patterns such as preference for omnichannel.

The retail leaders further discussed the evolving landscape of retail in the post-pandemic era.

The Guest of Honor of RLS 2022 was Nandan Nilekani, Chairman and Co-Founder, Infosys

who addressed the delegates virtually on how technology is transforming the retail industry.

A MoU has also been signed between TRRAIN & RAI to work together to implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies with retailers registered with RAI. (KNN Bureau)
